Do
you have the option for your rent to be deposited into your account
more frequent than once per month? |

Have
you received a written report on your property within the past
(6) six months? Our team inspect every property twice per year and
send an immediate report back to the owner. |

Does
your current agent arrange your repairs, maintenance and inspections
AT NO CHARGE? |

your current agent collect & pay Council, Water Rates, Strata
